Wellington Road Surgery

In the past few weeks we have been working in Wolverhampton and Bilston. The walls needed insulation and the ceiling needed to re-plastered. These images show the new fitted windows and fitted insulation.

Here the surgery has been fully plastered and skimmed leaving the best quality finish. RJM PLASTERING worked closely with the window fitters and the electricians to complete the job successfully. 

Working alongside DGC Building Services, Dudley

Lately I have been working with DGC Building Services based in Dudley. They are a brilliant and well driven company who give 110% with all their customers whether they are regular customers or a new project.

Here is an open plan kitchen complete with fully plastered walls and ceiling including clean, crisp, white walls. I enjoyed transforming this space. Attention to detail again is vital. Especially with clean open spaces! High class plastering and painting from RJM PLASTERING.

Sharp corners in open plan rooms gives a contemporary feel to the property. And the potential to add your own decorations such as room dividing beads etc. That is the beauty of skilled plastering, you can do anything to the walls and don't have to worry about lumps and bumps. Which is a shame to say I've seen in many other properties, who have used unskilled plasterers. 

Floor Screeding

RJM PLASTERING can also do screeding floor jobs in particular this is one over Tamworth for RST Midlands. Floor has some lovely angles to work into. Quite a challenge but another hard days graft soon sorted it. I really enjoyed this job. 

Full Plastered Bedroom

Another repeat customer. This time Stevie from Darlaston, West Midlands. Did our first work for Stevie 7 years ago! When it came to having his brother's bedroom done, he said it was a simple choice to ask us again as he couldn't fault our work, cleanliness or attitude. Another happy customer

Another happy customer. First did work for Sarah and Tom 18 months ago, during that time I've been called back to re-plaster all 4 of there bedrooms, kitchen and extension and there hall stairs and landing. This was their living room and just one room left to do sometime this year! Absolutely brilliant customers and a pleasure to work for. Just as pleasant to me as you'd expect your tradesman to be to you. A tradesman's dream.

Solving condensation problems.

Wall had a serious condensation problem which resulted in efflorescence hydroscopic salt, found in sand. The mortar gets damp and the salt rots through the plaster. To cure the problem I hacked the plaster off and thermal boarded the wall to create a cavity and insulate the room. I are also fitting a new vent,so the room gets adequate ventilation,thermal protection and a cavity to help the house breath.all finished with 2 coats of skim.

Coving Job

Walls are ready to paint by RJM. Plastered walls and ceiling along with coving fitted.
